Team Leaders

Hector Torres, Marketing Director
Building on his experience of 19 years in sales and marketing in different industries, Hector, became an independent agent focusing mainly on serving the Hispanic community answering a need he saw in that market. Working alongside Carlos Ruiz they began to expand beyond Connecticut, focusing on the Hispanic community. Hector earned his Business Degree at the Universidad Metropolitana de Puerto Rico.

Carlos Ruiz, Operations Director
Carlos has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. The Hispanic communities needed a person who spoke their language and provided them with better support and understanding within the Insurance Industry. Carlos specializes in Retirement and is an Annuity Advisor at LP Insurance. He has many years of experience in helping clients find the right path for their Retirement needs. Carlos earned his BA in Computer Information Systems with a Minor in Business Administration at Central Connecticut State University.
